What does one Crew Pass cover?
One Crew Pass covers a maximum of two participants completing one self-guided Yarmouth Treasure Trail together.
What is the Crew Pass price?
The introductory launch price is £6.99 for the whole crew. The normal price will be £8.99. We will review the price once at least one local company is supporting Captain Blackfin.
What if there are three or more people?
A group of three or more participants must purchase an additional Crew Pass. Each pass covers no more than two participants.
Can children have separate paperwork and certificates?
Yes. Up to two names can be registered on one Crew Pass and every registered participant receives their own personalised certificate after successful completion.
How should we enter the names?
Enter every name exactly as it should appear on the certificate. Check spelling and capital letters carefully before starting.
Do adults count as participants?
Anyone actively registered as part of the clue-solving crew counts towards the two-participant limit. A supervising adult who is not participating does not need to be registered.
Is the trail supervised?
No. It is self-guided. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
How long does it take?
Allow approximately 60 minutes, although your crew may take longer if you stop along the way.
Do we need to print the pack?
No. You can print the trail papers or use the mobile-friendly version on a phone or tablet. The digital option is useful for families already on holiday without access to a printer. If using a device, make sure it is fully charged before starting.
How are certificates unlocked?
After completing the trail, enter the correct final treasure answer. This unlocks an individual certificate for each name registered before the trail began.
Can I see the clues before buying?
No. The route clues, answers and final treasure are protected customer content and are not displayed on the public website.
What happens in bad weather?
Check the forecast before travelling. If conditions are unsuitable, do not begin the trail. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for digital-product terms.
