We may collect the purchaser’s name, email address, order reference, registered participant names, completion date, crew numbers, contact messages and technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
2. Children’s information
A responsible adult should enter participant names and manage the purchase. Only information required to provide the trail and certificates should be submitted. Children should not submit contact forms or payment information themselves.
3. How information is used
Information is used to process purchases, deliver trail access, register crew members, generate certificates, answer enquiries, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and improve the service.
4. Payments
Payments will be processed by Stripe. Card details are entered into Stripe’s secure checkout and are not stored by this website. Stripe processes information under its own privacy terms.
5. Legal bases
Information is processed where necessary to perform the customer contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or where consent has been given.
6. Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers only where needed for hosting, payment, delivery, support and legal compliance. Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of their personal information, or object to certain processing.
